International Women's Day is coming up fast on March 8th. It is a chance to take a moment to acknowledge the ongoing challenges that women face, and to look ahead to the future. In today's rapidly changing world, it is a must to emphasise the need to continue breaking barriers, combating bias, discrimination, and stereotypes to create a gender-equal society. It doesn't need to be a blue sky hope - change can happen.
