Former Navy aviator/officer seeks leadership role

Our candidate is a former navy commanding officer who is looking to employ his outstanding leadership skills in a challenging civilian role.

During the course of his military career, he has been the Commanding Officer for the Lehigh Valley Navy Operational Support Center, where he oversaw operations for a staff of over 500.

He was a Program Manager at the Navy Education and Training Command in Pensacola, FL where he managed the Navy’s Joint Professional Military Educations Program. While there, he saved over $12M and improved performance of active duty personnel by improving training programs.

He was the Commanding Officer of the Akron Navy Operational Support Center, overseeing more than 500 personnel while continuously exceeding goals and improving processes.

In essence, our candidate was assigned to commands that needed fixing, because he always got it done.
