After a two week absence, we are back!!

Today's Candidate in the Crowd is Adaora U.

As The#ShuftanJobReport roars with nearly 9,000 subscribers!!!!!!, I am rolling out my second phase to help people. I post the report on M/W/F and want to use T/Th to feature excellent candidates. I built this community as a way of bringing together job searchers and those who are hiring. As an homage to Sports Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd," I titled "Candidates in the Crowd." This is a white space for candidates to discuss their previous work, hopes, and dreams and show off anything to the network. The Candidate will capture a hiring manager's attention, and good things will happen.

When it comes to marketers, I have two distinct lists: those who are receptive, kind, and responsive to my sales pitches and those who ignore, ghost, and reject my business journey. Adaora U. is a standout on the positive list, a rare individual who is always willing to spare 10 minutes of her day to be a sounding board. Her exceptional receptiveness and kindness make her someone who truly 'gets it.'

Besides being a good overall person, Adaora is one of this planet's most remarkable and accomplished brand marketers. Her track record, from boosting media efficiencies to successful repositioning for legacy brands to building programs and boosting brand favorability, is a testament to her credibility and trustworthiness. Her past is a laundry list of the biggest of the big, and she accomplishes so much at every step.

Hey there! I'm Adaora Ugokwe, an award-winning marketing executive with over 15 years of experience bringing iconic brands to life. I've had the pleasure of working with some names you might recognize – Smartwater, Perrier, Hennessy, Rémy Martin, just to name a few. Fun fact, I have spent the majority of my career in the beverage space (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) but am very open to other categories.
