As an independent advisor, it’s important to remember that you are also an entrepreneur. ? The happiest advisors I’ve had the opportunity to cross paths with were able to build a business that didn’t depend on them to carry the weight of all the revenue. ? Or as I like to say, “their company’s revenue doesn’t go on vacation when they do.” ? Much of our industry, unfortunately, not only trains but rewards what we call “red line behavior,” which is a focus on the hamster wheel of more marketing, more sales, repeated until exhaustion. ? Triad Partners is on a pursuit to change this and help our members build a business that blesses their life instead of becoming it. ? One year ago today Triad Wealth Partners officially launched with our first client. What a ride it’s been and so thankful for this team! It truly has been a team effort and not just with Wealth, but everyone at Triad Partners. The people, the culture, the community - it’s something very special. We also went all in on our anniversary being on National Pickle Day (hence all the green and even a pickle shirt ??) and that’s here to stay.
