THE DEATH AND LIFE OF PSYCHO SYD

In 2012 I was diagnosed with inoperable stage Four neck cancer. The clinical nurse handing me a DS 1500 form so I could get my benefits without interviews. The DS1500 is for patients who have a TERMINAL ILLNESS and a prognosis of six months or less to live. I became VEGAN at that very moment and today I got the five year all clear at the hospital and was discharged.
