From November 4, 2024, Easilink will be introducing a cancellation policy.
Easilink Community Transport are committed to providing accessible affordable transport in the Omagh, Strabane and Foyle Area.
Our services are all scheduled and a cancelled appointment at short notice means that our team does not have the time to offer that service to someone else who needs it.
?
To avoid a cancellation fee, our members should contact the office on 02871883282 before 1pm the day before their booked trip.
?
Why are we introducing this fee?
Last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our schedule and the availability of services for other passengers. By implementing a cancellation charge, we aim to:
?
?
?The cancellation charge will be the cost of the full fare of the booked trip.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you ever have concerns about rescheduling or questions about this new policy, please speak to one of our team at the administration hub in Strabane at 02871883282
?
We would like to thank all our passengers for their understanding in this matter and for working with us to help ensure we can provide our vital services to as many people as possible.
