Canada's Morgan Lisney win first 007 International Trivia Marathon

Wow! Four hours and thirty minutes after the 007 International James Bond Trivia Marathon started, we crowned champion Morgan Lisney of Canada, who defeated Bryan Herr of Washington State by correctly identifying the game of chance that Electra King (Sophie Marceau) played in the casino in "The World is Not Enough." He answered "High Card" and won the tense exciting tournament that was hosted on Zoom and Facebook live by Spy Movie Navigator website, and myself. Morgan will receive a complete set of James Bond movie Blu-rays and a copy of my new book, The James Bond Movie Encyclopedia 4th Edition - a book that will also be delivered, autographed to the nine finalists that finished behind Morgan, the aforementioned Bryan Herr, Craig Edwards, Paul Lynch, Lindsey Cansino, Gergely Hubai, Brad Hansen, Neil S. Buck, Bill Kanas and Kevin Dinovis. Kudos to all the contestants who showed off their Bond knowledge to an incredible degree. Also a thank you to my co-producer Charles Sherman who was one of the examiners, along with Robert Short, Joel Gibbs, George Almond, Mark Pirro and Malcolm McNeil (who as consistently referred to as Malcolm McDowell, sorry, Malcolm). And thank you to Spy Movie Navigator's Dan Silvestri and Tom Pizzato for making it a flawless event. We're now planning another similar event for April 2021, when hopefully we will all get to see "No Time to Die." Stay safe.
