Canada Invites 893 Candidates In First PNP-Only Express Entry Draw Of 2023

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted its third Express Entry draw of the year on February 1st - the first program-specific Express Entry draw of 2023. Candidates with a provincial nomination from a Canadian PNP (except Quebec) - were eligible for this invitation round.

Here’s what you need to know about the latest Express Entry-PNP draw:

• Date & Time of draw: February 1, 2023, at 16:05:57 UTC
• Number of ITAs issued: 893
• CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 733
• Tie-breaking rule: December 09, 2022, at 10:49:57 UTC

The February 1 draw is a continuation of higher ITAs. This has been the trend since all-program Express Entry draws resumed on July 6. With ITAs being issued in large numbers with record-breaking low CRS scores - now is indeed the best time to immigrate to Canada!
