Can you tell if you’re growing in your business?

Taking a step back in your business every few weeks can REALLY help you see the bigger picture.
Here are a few ideas of what to track??
- Your open rates-- are your emails engaging enough to your audience (anything above 20% for a big list and 30% for a small list is good!)
- Your conversion rates for products and services -- what percentage of your community is buying your offers? 1-2% for your bigger offers and 2-7% for your smaller offers is amazing!)
- Your discovery call conversion rates-- how many women get on the phone with you versus how many give you $$ for your services? 1 in 4 is a really good start with this one!
- Your landing page conversion rate-- how many people are getting onto your email list after seeing your landing page? If it’s lower than 20% you’re gonna want to take a look at it’s copy (although because I’m a high achiever I aim for 40-60% on that landing page!)
- Your social media growth and engagement-- do your followers and group members like what you’re writing about? What do they like the most?
How much $ is coming into your business and how much is coming out? Are you posting a profit that you’re happy with? How can you focus on more income-generating activities to bring more $ in?
Your ENERGY throughout the day/week-- I’m a trickster and threw this one in here because it’s ALSO a metric you need to track ??
How many times have you done your mindset work? How many times have you allowed yourself to throw a pity party? Is there any relation here to the rates above?
How often do you track your numbers in your business? Are you afraid to track numbers?
