Can you see the sleeping dragon?

Can you see the sleeping dragon? Watch carefully, you will see its head almost in the middle of the picture, its neck and body going rightward.
What would you say if I told you that I knew that it existed before I ever heard about it? Weird isn't it?
Similarly to when I see the small sea turtles coming out from the sand and heading straight away into the sea with no hesitation and with no previous knowledge that the sea is their home, I realize that we are so much more than what we think we know about ourselves.
The intelligence that is transferred within the same species and between all beings is hardly ever noticed and yet is the "thing" that exists no matter how aware we are of it and that keeps the "core knowing" safe between generations.
This universal consciousness moves independently from any idea that we have on what is true or false. It is beyond our concepts of good and evil. It doesn't think in terms of what is useful or useless.
Our brainwashers keep saying that in order to live well and keep our basic needs satisfied, we need to increase the GDP.
Unless the economy of consumption grows we won't be able to maintain our basic standard of living.
Without money, we won't be able to afford what should be simple human rights: a home, food and medical care.
I am not against increasing the GDP but unless we understand what are the behaviours that bring humans closer to an intelligent design, we should continue to ask ourselves:
"what is the little turtle teaching me today?"
"what are the qualities that are embedded in me, that are completely free from any conditioning?"
Can I see and awake my sleeping dragon?
I would love to hear your thoughts.
Thank you!

5 年Wow, that's a deep thought Dino Carella, nature vs nurture...could we survive without a lot of the things we think we need to survive today? Defintely worth pondering. Excellent article.
