Can You Let Go And Trust The Process?

We just have to "trust the process".

We can't control everything that comes our way, in fact we can't control most of it. We can only really control just our reactions to it. So we are told we have "to trust the process".

I am not saying we have to trust in g-d or some holy power but you have to trust yourself.

You have to trust the fact, that if you know you have been doing everything humanly possible to get to your goals, the right way, your goals will come...but you have to be honest with yourself and you have to be patient. You are not waiting, you persevering. You think, you process what you have done, you then try other angles, research your "competition" and try new ways to get to your  goal.

If you are always trying to do something way and it's not working and you keep trying that one way, well what's guess what?

You will get great at doing the wrong thing.

So you do have to change things around. You do have to assess how things are being done to reach your ultimate being but at the same time you need to trust your process. You need to:

Let Go

Be Flexible

Embrace The Unknown

Go With The Flow

Be Honest With Yourself

If you ensure what you are doing right is actually right then it's just a matter of time that the plateau peaks.

But you have to fix what is going wrong. As at the end of the day, remember the goal is to reach your goals so you need to do what is right for you. If it's not working, fix it, if it's working slowly be patient but  know you sometimes also have to trust the process as sometimes it does take longer than we are ready for.
