From this autumn, I will run 3 bespoke team coaching programmes in 3 organisations (focused on C-Suite, Board and new management teams) in 3 different countries, over 3 months… (more on this in June)

BUT BEFORE THAT…

To taste what happens in these programmes and explore if and how you can lead at the speed of trust, I am offering 3 bite-size interactive deep-thinking sessions, open to C-suite professionals, board members or team leaders.

This is an opportunity to be brave, make new connections and learn conditions that help you and your team think well for themselves. You can attend on your own or with colleagues. Each session is independent but you can attend the 3 sessions of the series to feel complete.

Session #1

20 June 2024 – 3 pm to 5:00 pm UK BST– Listen to Your Team Through Differences

Do you really know your team?

This interactive thinking session increases your capacity to understand yourself and your peers in a specific work or community context. It promotes fresh and clear thoughts around the perception of (in)adequacy, boundaries, limiting assumptions, belonging, and issues such as imposter syndrome.

• You will develop ways to generate attention that increase confidence and clarity in your team.
• You’ll learn how to engage with others through an asset-based approach, more empathy, and a deeper sense of connectedness.

Session #2

27th June 2024 – 3 pm to 5:00 pm UK BST – Shaping my Inner Board

This reflective and interactive session will equip you to understand the various inner “persona” that influence your decisions, but also your filtering assumptions, your drive and sometimes, your inaction.

As a bonus, you will meet and engage with your future self and explore if this inner board will be relevant in 10 years.

11th July 2024 – 3 pm to 5:00 pm UK BST – Non-Intrusive Mastermind: Unleash your Team's Wisdom

Masterminds can be powerful experiences. However, findings show that the brain resists advice and brutal suggestions devoid of context.

Through this experience called the Time to Think Council, you will discover the most elegant means of accessing peer knowledge and experience without being told what to think or what to do.

This approach amplifies the power of stories and lived experience, empathy and “caring detachment” to accelerate decision-making, without the burden - and sometimes brutality - of irrelevant or unrequested advice.
