Hi there, and welcome to another edition of HeadSTart. I’m Sue-Ann!
In recent years, many of my friends, colleagues and experts I work with have been talking about how influential Artificial Intelligence has become, especially in the job recruitment process.?
To see if AI can help my job application process, I employed the services of an AI-powered CV generator, and tried to pit it against a CV I painstakingly put together myself.
I then brought them both to a professional recruiter, to see if she can tell the difference. Watch as I pit two CVs against one another – one I made myself and one made with the help of AI – on this episode of We Try First .

9 个月I’ve been subscribed to this newsletter for the past few weeks and honestly, I love it! This week’s discussion has been weighing on my mind for a while now, and I do feel that with the bots in place, both employees and employers are able to leverage on this (eg. To make it more fluent, or to scan through for evidence of AI influence) Separately, it’s been great to get resources, and advice from several experts from the field as well. Thank you for curating this!
This is an excellent use of AI tools, to be more competitive in the job market
