Can you fill out a form?

We help you ACTION to be Weller AND hence to be Weller OFF to achieve your Mission in life.
It has been our experience over 33 years in financial services that most cannot.
In fact we have been kept in business because of that failing.
Yes everything is online these days but generally it takes a lot more time to do so.
The huge advantage is that you have immediate response when you do the form online.
But what happens if you need signatures.
There is a very simple & important form that everyone should actually do today if they haven’t.
It is called a binding nomination form for your super.
We read from the client files
Problem:
For your information, we are unable to accept this form as instructions are unclear and/or incomplete. A letter will be sent to your client requesting a new form as no action can be taken until a new correctly completed Nomination of Beneficiaries form is received.
Declaration and Signature section - The member has signed on the 8/07/2016 and the witnesses have signed on the 9/07/2016. All dates must be the same. In addition witness 2's date has been changed. The form states that for a Non Lapsing binding nomination to be valid, any amendments made on the form must be initialed and dated by the member and both witnesses
When there is 1 million+ life cover & other covers at stake then to us it makes sense to complete this. If there is an event there is no debate & we all are aware that the legal system works in mysterious ways .
We have over time asked, suggested & called to have this form completed as previously they expired every three years.
As we wrote & said yesterday ‘it takes 5 minutes’ . However the challenge can be two independent witnesses there at the same time.
When would it suit you for us to call you & do it? we asked yesterday
We both work all week.
What about Saturday morning?
We have drama?
If you haven’t done so then this is a form that you should.
Interesting, the government super doesn’t have such a form so executors or claimants have to do after the event.
