Can you define Leadership ?

If I have to define the word "LEADERSHIP", then I would say, "The Leadership is the way do the right thing at the right time for your followers". Tough Leadership is, completely subjective, but its foundation stems from one major thing. And that is, "The ability to establish a following among the other individuals."

Every leader has his or her own philosophies and strategies. Because the leadership methods will vary because of they often influenced by multiple factors. The factors like, "Globalisation, Digitisation, Frequently changing regulatory, Financial markets, Recruiting and Retaining the talents. Size of the company and the industry in which the business is based on" play the keys roles to coin every leader's own definition of the leadership.

So, in this generation, how can you define the leadership? Though everyone has their own ways to explain, what leadership means to them, let's focus on 15 of them.

1. Leadership - Is the unique personality in the pursuit of bettering the environment you are in. 

 2. Leadership - Is about knowing your team and yourself. It is about to strengthen and to address weaknesses in the most productive and efficient way.

3. Leadership - Is serving the people that work for you by giving or showing them the way, they need to succeed. 

4. Leadership - Is taking responsibility early and immediately if things go bad.

5. Leadership - Is having the clarity and courage to do the right things, even when they're hard.

6. Leadership - Is Being open and authentic and helping others to lift up and work for a common goal. 

7. Leadership - Is when those around you are influenced by your life in a positive way.

8. Leadership - Is not only talking about the problems but the ability to see a problem and be the solution by challenging it.

9. Leadership - Is to develop and inspire people through a shared vision and create an environment where people feel equally valued and fulfilled.

10. Leadership - Is building a team, mentor them for the success and support them in every manner. 

11. Leadership - Is about developing the talent of an individual to be more successful than he or she is now.

12. Leadership - Is how to inspire those around you to support a larger agenda under your direction and vision. 

13. Leadership - Is prioritizing the communication and development of others. It's is not about what you can accomplish, but what your entire team can achieve.

14. Leadership - Is all about the focus on 'WE' not 'ME.'

15. Leadership - Is about: To Listen, To Inspire and To Empower.

So, what is your definition of LEADERSHIP?
