WHAT CHOICES can you make to StandOUT from the crowd?
You can either:
1. Resist and react. You can play it safe, close yourself off, be content with the status quo, act like all this change is just a phase, complain, worry, and spend your time hoping the world finally comes to its senses, slows down, and gets back to the way things used to be.
2. Take positive action and initiate. You can meet the world head-on, be open to new ideas, learn from every person you meet, broaden your knowledge base, develop new competencies, and sharpen your skills.
Which choice delivers the long-term results you want and need in order to be successful?
When it comes to the future, one thing is certain.
Companies, organizations, CEOs, and business owners are on the lookout for people who willingly and eagerly choose to keep skills up-to-date, are open to new ideas, come up with fresh approaches, lead the way for others, and explore innovative ways to do business.
They realize that attitude & performance are a powerful combination that can make or break an organization. Therefore, they are not willing to compromise the importance of having both.
At the same time, employees are aware they spend more time at work than they spend with their families and friends. They want their environment at work to be productive, respectful, and encouraging. They want their leaders to be committed to building successful relationships with employees and customers. They want opportunities to learn, grow, and develop skills that help them move ahead.
Both employees and employers must be focused on staying at the cutting edge of customer service, new technology, education and training, and unique strategies that propel them forward so they can
STANDOUT FROM THE CROWD
in a positive way.
People often say,
“I know why I make bad choices. It’s because I have no confidence.”

And in return I answer,
“No, it’s the other way around.”
You lose a bit of confidence in yourself each time you make a choice that takes you in the wrong direction, is made for the wrong reason, is easier in the short term, is an impulsive reaction, or goes against your instincts.
Making good choices creates confidence.
To survive in today’s world, you need as much confidence as possible. Every time you make a good choice about your relationships, career, self-respect, financial security, health, and happiness, your confidence level increases.
The problem is, people often make choices based on what's easy, rather than on what’s right. They choose to give in, give up, or give out instead of doing what’s best for them in the long run.
Unfortunately, the easy choices won’t usually get you where you want to go.
But “easy” doesn’t usually get the job done.
It’s hard work to keep a marriage strong, a job exciting, a body healthy, a mind creative, a life full with meaning, and to map out a future that is exciting and intriguing.
So...
You get to choose.
Before you can truly StandOUT from the crowd, you first have to know where you STAND in terms of performance, reputation, determination, attitude, creativity, relationships, and leadership skills.
