Can you break down the sales work into several processes?

1. Gather information. Collect customer leads and contact information to understand customer background

2. Reach out to customers. Make appointments for meetings and get ways to communicate with or visit customers

3. Build relationships. Listen to customers' needs, ask for customer information, introduce the company and products, and establish your image in front of customers.

4. Understand the needs. Set the questions in advance, determine the needs (time, quantity, budget, theme), and understand the cooperation process.

5. Business negotiations. Communicate on prices and terms and make adjustments based on actual conditions

6. Place order and pay. Clarify the price, payment terms, delivery, and reminder of the order.

7. Follow-up. Delivery, after-sales, continuous follow-up of customers' next orders/projects to satisfy customers.
