Can you answer this question with a resounding "YES"?

So with a title lime that the obvious question you must have is... "what is the question?"

• It is an important question
• It is a key question to ask yourself every day, every wee, every month and every year
• It is a question that must have a "Yes" answer if you are to achieve your goals and live your best life
• In my opinion it is the only question that really matters... in business, in your personal life, everywhere and in everything

So here goes... the question is...

"Am I proud of what I have done, did I do my best always, am I looking to do better next time, and did I do what I know I needed to do?"

The question covers everything that should matter. We all know what we should do for our business, our families and ourselves. This question tells us if we are doing the right things.

A good friend told me to narrow the question to "am I proud of what I have", and that really is the crux of the question. If you know you are proud of your work effort, your family time and your personal development, then the rest will fall in place. But the question also can be broken down to align with a to do list, for example...

• Am I proud of how much prospecting I did?
• Can I say I did not procrastinate?
• Did I honor my commitments to family?
• Am I hitting my health goals, education goals, etc.?
• More...

So ask yourself the question. I doubt anyone can answer 100% yes, so the answer can help reveal areas that we need to improve upon, and that recognition can have a huge impact on our lives.
