Today's question. Can you be agile if you don't use sprints?
Well technically yes, you can there's nothing in the Agile Manifesto that talks about iterative working or definitely not sprints. However, it does talk a lot about delivering frequently on short time scales from weeks to months and also about reviewing on a regular basis.
So, the sprint method or iterative method really allows you to align the whole team to do that on a frequent basis. So really don't have to use sprints, but they are a tool to help you keep in line with the Manifesto but that things up.
