Planning: Preference is to buy STP, JV with landowners or buy unconsented sites & gain consents then build out.
Capital: £5m cash / equity and in-excess with investor funds.
Buying model: Build to Sell or Build to Rent.
Purchase: We only bid on OFF MARKET sites & negotiate directly with the owners or mandated parties.
Fees: We pay GREAT fees & provide creative incentives to help introducers EARN MORE.
