Can We Be Free In 2023? - My friends, much of what I explored with you in the beginning of 2022 has indeed unfolded and much we will see come to be in 2023. Each New Year I have promised you a little “food for thought”. This coming year and the years that follow it will mark a significant threshold in the development of human consciousness. As we struggle to find purpose and meaning in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world, many people are grappling with an existential crisis about their place in the world and the value of their lives. As we begin to question everything (precisely what we need to do) many of these lifelong questions we tend to carry around in the back of our minds, will begin to be answered. My small contribution to that is to simply review the "Big Picture" with you. The more of us that are aware of it, the better our chances of surviving the self-destructive path mankind is currently on.
OUR EPIPHANY -That which has been withheld from us for most of our lifetimes by our own governments and our own ignorant assumptions will begin to be revealed to us in the days ahead. Archeologists working with scientists will look deeper into our planetary history to provide new understandings of ancient civilizations that will completely change our perspective on our present. The fact that we have shared Earth with many alien species for 100s of thousands of years will soon become common knowledge. Geneticists will be able to explain the "missing link: by adding to our understanding of how aliens have been assisting and accelerating the genetic evolution of the human species. We will become more aware of the efforts of the secret "Deep State" world government to control the entire population. We will see evidence of their efforts in plain site. They know that if they can control our media of communication and our media of exchange they will be able to control everyone. We must resist the strategies of the industrial military complex to feed fear into our culture in their efforts to control us and consolidate their power.
THE BAD NEWS - Old challenges and unprecedented new challenges are building on our horizon for the coming year. The multiple threats that I outlined for you last year together are coming together to form a slow-motion train wreck. As usual mankind’s response to some still looks to be too little and too late. Human technological development has outpaced our social and spiritual development and that very disconnect is threatening our civilization, our bio-sphere and our future. The list of challenges we now face is longer and more complex than ever before. Freedom itself is under threat. All this when threats that could wipe out civilization have never been greater. As if the climate crisis was not enough of a concern the Bulletin Of Atomic Scientists' Doomsday Clock which reflects the risk of nuclear war clicks closer to midnight than it has for 70 years. An worse than that we have the Trojan Horse of AI which for most has not even been recognized as more dangerous of them all. So the choices we make have never been more important. We may only have one chance to get this right.
THE GOOD NEWS – The opportunity I believe that if we are humble students in this journey, our species can rise to the occasion and manifest real hope for our future. There will be a critical window of opportunity to make a giant leap in the nature of human civilization presented to us. We must recognize it and act on it if the human species is to fulfill its promise. There are grass roots movements developing around the world to ensure than an enlightened human culture survives these challenges. By taking responsibility for what we create and acting with integrity and transparency in alignment with ethical principles we can transform human culture. If we manage to control the extent to which we became our own worst enemies, If we wrestle the power back into the hands of compassionate human beings, those that take action in the present and hold the vision of a better future in their hearts may eventually find themselves standing on the threshold of a sustainable future where almost anything is possible.
GET INVOLVED - This is a year when you really want to pay attention to what is unfolding around us and within us. It is a time when we must challenge our previous perceptions and open our minds to new perspectives and our hearts to new connections. Most of the world as we knew it, is now in our rearview mirror and we must keep our eyes on the road ahead if we are to make better choices for ourselves as citizens in a transforming civilization.
As we all gain a new perspective on reality, we will be empowered with a new awareness of the context of our existence and the potential for our future. The "Deep State" has been working on this plan for decades and will sell us on trading the vestiges of freedom for "convenience". They will play on our fears to profit from wars.
The Global Citizen movement has been working as well with Think Tanks springing up around the world examining ways and means to protect liberty on a global scale. Counter subjecation measures are already in motion and more are in the works. But whether we succeed in transforming our new awareness into a new level of physical, mental and spiritual freedom will be a matter of the choices we make in the wake of our newfound clarity
THREATS TO FREEDOM - Without a mass increase in awareness, even today's limited version of freedom is about to disappear entirely. The US Executive order 14067 Section 4 sets the stage for legal government surveillance of all US citizens, and not just total control over bank accounts and purchases but the ability to silence all dissenting voices for good. It won't be long before all cash will be cancelled and replaced with a government-controlled digital currency.
This will all happen while the US dollar is still the international reserve currency. Already more than half the countries in the world and almost 90% of central banks are testing or exploring a digital currency right now. China and Russia have already launched pilot programs for their own digital currencies.
In this new war on freedom, the international monetary institutions plan to replace all cash with Central Bank Digital Currencies. a spyware form of currency where every dollar can not only be monitored but turned off or on with a keystroke Once implemented the Deep State will have total control over the population. The Sovereignty of the human race will be at stake. Our ability to end wars forever will be at stake. Our very ability to shape our future in any meaningful way will be at stake.
Without intervention in this massive attack on liberty, Freedom itself may become nothing more than a historical curiosity.
THE TIME - It is a time for massive transformations and no time for small dreams. Our very existence depends on our ability to understand the challenges we are facing and take action on solutions. It is a time to be unreasonable about the need to protect the future of mankind. Just as Mother Teresa, Gandhi, Dr King or Nelson Mandela never lost hope for a better future, we must follow in such footsteps and hold a vision of what is truly possible and have the heart to see it through. We need to think big and better for the future we are creating now.
THE VISION – The power of change is in our hands and our minds. We need to be the change we want to see by holding a collective vision in our hearts and minds. With clear intention, we can Create A New Earth and A New Human Culture. Our power becomes exponential when we can share a common vision:

THE AWARENESS - What we will become aware of in the days ahead of us will change everything. We have seen new perspectives slowly coming into focus for us. However, the speed of this grand unveiling and grand awakening is accelerating. New understandings will liberate us from manipulated ignorance created by the deep state. This awareness will eventually lead to a grand paradigm shift for most of human civilization. No one else will "save us" We are the ones we have been hoping for. We are the ones who can change the course of the human story. The time is now.
THE CONTEXT THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING - Over my career as an investigative journalist and eco-social visioneer I found that understanding the context in which we live, empowers my choices every day in just about every way. In my quest for the truth and intelligence over the years, my informants began to trust that I have never revealed my sources, so eventually, they felt safe in sharing information that they had never disclosed before but felt the world needed to know. I have indeed been privileged to be exposed to high-level perspectives that have greatly informed my understanding of our current reality and yes my hopes for our future of mankind. Unfortunately by exposing the truth, there is already a target on my back so my days may be more numbered than I would like. However, if there is any hope for the future of mankind it lies in the full and transparent understanding of our reality and the choices we make based on that clarity. Even the “meaning of your life” can change when your understanding of your historical and cultural context changes. There is an ancient sacred inscription that translated into English said “When the student is ready, a teacher appears, but not before.”

MOVING FORWARD - Building on my “What Do We Do With 2022?” This Year I ask if knowledge is liberating “Can We Be Free in 2023?” I am working on more articles, books and film scripts that explore my quest for truth and the answers to these questions and more. There is an even greater threat to civilization which I will be exploring in my next book. For now, I offer these nuggets of knowledge with the sole purpose to expand human self-awareness to the point where we can actually begin to take control of our destiny.
