Can we compete from where we are or is change imperative?
Daily structures are breaking, and new ones are formed. We meet new people, ideas and mindsets in every turn. Technology and the need to be digital is today inevitable.
Then what do we do? Are we going to be in the same operating model or change?

The mantra of every decade brings about the notion of – Downsize, Right size, Re-engineer.
My notion is that at every turn we need to Re-engineer, then we will make our minds think differently – making us Agile to change.
Time Management
- Covid-19 gave us additional time. The time we spent dressing up, the time we spent in commuting and the time we spent on unnecessary chit-chat.
- What have you done with this time? Did you make a change towards work? Or with the increased hours, are you still achieving the same targets.
- Can you use this time wisely. Make time to read, make time to re-think the way you do work. You are free to choose, but you are not free from the consequence of your choice.
Tools and Efficiency
- Every day there is a new idea that comes up. how much time do you spend to read and learn? Do you know that just understanding the concepts can make you think and change your internal habit.
- A few years ago, we didn’t have apps to make life easy. Try them out.
- Efficiency is the reason we have new technology. So then, why not be efficient.

Perfection - Doing it right.
- No one what’s to buy a brand-new car and have it break the next day. To achieve the level of perfection, you need to reduce the number of defects or in our life – errors, mistakes and oversights.
- Apply this to your job, and then you will never want to do something less than 100%.

Change starts with you and me. Either we take change head on, knowing that its what will make me survive and its what will make the business survive. If not now, when?
