Can we be better than robots?

In the next few days, I will reread some texts I wrote a few years ago. This one I wrote at the end of 2016, and at the time, the issue of artificial intelligence, of robots that could supposedly take our places, was in the spotlight.
I continue with the same view that we are (still...) in control, and we are going to give robots what we don't want to do: repetitive processes that are necessary and not so important (if I may say so). And, in this article, I explore a little more about our position as Customers (and Sellers).
Have fun.
How to unite automated processes with personalized service
Re-reading a book by Stephen Covey, I came across a sentence that goes against this new situation that is approaching us very quickly:
"People are very tender, very sensitive inside. I don't believe age or experience makes much difference. Inside, even within the most toughened and callous exteriors, are the tender feelings and emotions of the heart. That's why, in relationships, the little things are the big things."
And these trivial details are what will make, or rather, will continue to make, the significant difference - between us and robots, and us and other human beings.

Our loyalty as customers (yes, step out of your position as a salesperson for a moment and see yourself as a consumer, as a customer) is in the clear positive experience that we will have in the circumstances of the assistance.
Returning to the role of salesperson, we do have to be open to and know (and use) all the new tools that technology is providing us with, all the possible and appropriate channels of communication. However, the differentiated attitudes, dealt with in the details of the customer service in our Excellence in Service talk, should aim to surprise customers, leaving them delighted with the constant demonstration of commitment we have with them, our true essence.
Here, in the same place, are all the heroes and villains, all the strengths and weaknesses... within us, and so we need to know what to choose, at what time and with what intensity. All power of choice is ours.
Regarding the question in the title "Can we be better than robots?", of course we can. Just be human!
Success
