Can recruiting work as a part-time gig?
Through a recent LinkedIn poll , I asked if people thought recruiters could effectively work on a part-time basis. The yeses clearly have it! Over 75% of you said that yes, you can engage a part-time recruiter and still have them be productive and helpful to your hiring efforts.
What could this mean?
If you're thinking #2 sounds valid, give us a shout . We provide a flexible contract recruiting service we call Recruiters on Demand . We have been doing more full-time (40+hr/week) projects over the past year, but do have many talent acquisition professionals that have expressed interest in "moonlighting." With recruiters in such short supply, part-time is also a great way to bring on a more senior, currently employed TA professional.
If you have too many hires on your plate, this could be a good option for you!
I was genuinely interested in the results, and thanks to everyone who voted! Looks like part-time recruiting might be the next wave in 2022!
