Can perfume go bad and expire?

First of all, perfume will not expire and deteriorate simply because of time. It is usually light and high heat that make it deteriorate. Put a bottle of your new perfume by the window and let it get light. Take another bottle and store it in the drawer. Whether it is color or smell, you can observe the change within a week.
