Can Motor Vehicle Accidents Cause Diabetes?

Generally, we have thought that the professionals in Legal / Medical/ Political/Broadcasting/ Banking and Hacking(IT) industries were paid better. But to be frank, no one pays more than what we deserve. Any work in this world is not easy!. when it comes to the Legal industry, especially attorneys work is not easy when compared to the jury. They have to handle multiple things. One of the biggest hectic would be handling the claim adjusters (CA). Every attorney would have faced at least one worst experience with Claim Adjuster and many would be facing it on a daily basis. There is no point in blaming them, simply because it's their job and that’s what they are paid for!

In most cases, the argument between attorney and claim adjuster would be all about who is arguing cleverly than the truth. Arguing cleverly is not all about just raising our voice or presenting our-self confident in what we are defending. We need to have some valid points to support our arguments. We may win few cases with our irrelevant/false arguments, but in the long run, attitude matters to recognize ourselves has profound lawyers. Confidence and composure come through the experience and knowledge we acquire.

As an attorney, it’s not enough to be updated with legal terms alone. Based on our specialization we need to keep updated on all relevant fields related to each and every case we handle. Which is not that easy, as we say. That’s the place where the paralegal or medico-legal service providers part is very vital. They are helping us to figure out the valid points which could confuse the Claim Adjuster. Clever Attorneys will capitalize on that to ensure the maximum claim for the victim. We gonna see one such valid medical info, which could confuse the CA and that could send a strong message to the medical industry. At one point, it will contribute to increasing the claim percentage for the victim in personnel Injury cases, hence for the attorney/ paralegal, and finally for myself !!! (Every social cause, as a personnel cause in it!).

Most of the personnel Injury lawyers would have faced this problem. When we apply for the claim in personnel injury cases, CA uses to reduce the claim if the victim is coined as diabetes during the treatment held after the event. In General, CA uses to claim Diabetes is a generic problem, that persists before the accident not due to the accident. In addition to that presence of diabetes could worsen the injury, so we can pay only reduced claims for the wounds that happened due to accident or it can't be covered in the insurance would be the argument of CA. Because diabetes would increase the treatment cost considerably over the years, so mostly CA would try to exclude its treatment cost from the claim by pointing out the old medical myth.

We gonna challenge the old myth, accidents( injury) won't trigger diabetes?

Can motor vehicle accidents cause diabetes? The answer is YES.

To understand how let's first know what’s diabetes? When glucose level is high in human blood than the standard ( Don't ask me who decides the standard, I do not have an answer!), it's coined as Diabetes. The candy we consume alone doesn't determine the glucose level. Glucose comes from most of the food we eat(% may vary). Glucose is not a harmful contender for our body, rather it's mandatory to nurture our body cells. Excessive of anything is dangerous, glucose is not exceptional from this statement!.

Why glucose level is high in human blood? As discussed above, glucose is a vital source to nurture our body cells. We have trillions of cells in our body, that need glucose daily. Approximately every 3 months our entire body cells were replaced with new ones (like how the snake sheds its skin every month). Still, if we have high glucose content in the human bloodstream then the reason could be the food we consume (unbalanced diet), medication we consume, and capitalism.

An unbalanced diet causing diabetes is understandable, but the medication we prefer to cure diseases causing diabetes? ( "Like other industry, our medical industry also need long term revenue. So they created diabetes with the help of food & beverage industry "- said by unbiased Doctor RVR). Insulin hormone, produced by the pancreas will act as a key to permit the glucose from the bloodstream to the human cell membrane for its nourishment. Inadequate insulin hormone secretion would lead to excessive glucose content in the human bloodstream coined as diabetes.

In motor vehicle accidents/medical malpractice/mass tort cases to heal the wounds faster and to protect patients from further infection, excessive artificial immune power was given to patients in the form of dosages /vaccination. It destroys the beta cells (produce insulin) present in the pancreas, which could lead to diabetes.

Vaccination and the medicine we consume are the second most important reason for the cause of diabetes, next to the food we consume. I am including this portion on Aug/29/2021, I observed many people in my neighborhood were joined in the list of diabetes & high BP after they took covid-19 vaccination, to cherish & perish our wise medical industry. This will lead to the situation, where the covid-19 virus is way better than the impacts which gonna occur in the mere future. Everyone predicts 3rd wave gonna affect the kids, but I guess it's gonna affect the people who follow poor diets and medication.And moreever females are more prone to get affected than males as per my observation. 

(I am not a researcher who plays with the test tubes in the labs to give my reports, but talking from the practical observations I could see. Soon world gonna see sudden death, heart attack !!! ).?           

Secondly, even excessive stress and anxiety can shrink the pancreas which in turn affects the beta cells, which affects insulin secretion leads to diabetes. Stress and anxieties are more obvious when a human undergoes any accidents.

So, there is a fair chance to argue with claim adjusters who try to reduce the claim for the diabetic patient, that the patient is diabetic because of an accident. In fact, this information would help to increase the claim percentage as well, if the patient has past medical records which are free from diabetes. As we all know how much diabetes would cost the patient in the future.
