Can marketing be part of the climate solution ?

Traditionally we do marketing?to?‘sell more stuff’. Marketers are hired to 'market and sell'?products - or services.?
And usually, these same marketers have usually no training in sustainability, triple bottom line and know?nothing about the Sustainable Development Goals.
But as we all know, business models, supply chain, packaging and all of that has to change.?
And that also changes the role of the marketer.
Humane Marketing has a huge role to play in this societal transformation. It can be a lever for good.?
We now have?a huge gap between the 'old' marketing concepts and the much evolved consciousness of humans.
Marketers need to evolve and the new marketing needs to be?less 'transaction and conversion' based, and more story-based.?
Telling the story of a radically different business paradigm.?
One where there's enough for all of us.?
One that empowers the client to make smart decisions.
One where marketers care - for themselves, their clients and the planet.?
So yes, I truly believe marketing plays a role in the climate solution.
Thanks for being part of this Humane Marketing Revolution ????
