Can Manual Therapists Diagnose Instability of the Sacro-iliac Joint?

This just came in. This was a narrative review of the topic along with some opinions. Apparently it is very popular! Of course since this was written, the research on neuro-immune-sympathetic-endocrine dysregulation revealed that it should be its own sub-classification and it was moved from the individual factors to a unique sub-classification in which we can predict systemic from the NISE Symptom Screen and direct appropriate rehab.
