CAN MAN WITHSTAND ON THESE
In my life time as a child aged 12 years, i observed the great difference between God and man as it is written in the book of Isaiah 29:16 - “You turn things upside down! Shall the potter be regarded as the clay that the thing made should say of its maker, ‘He did not make me,’ or the thing formed say of him who formed it’ ‘He has no understanding.’”

A father rejected his real son due to the misconduct he was bringing to the family, because the son would steal and fight with the neighbours. He did cause lot of problems and the father faced the law many times. When the father tried to counsel his son the son boldly accused him in front of the people that he was not his biological father and from this the son joined the gangsters and drug traffickers to fight his real father.

The father died before forgiving his son. After a short time had passed, the son’s evil companions rejected him and fought against him until they killed him. The Bible warns us in the book of Isaiah 30:1-5: "Ah, Stubborn Children," Declares the Lord,"who carry out a plan, but not mine and who make an alliance, but not of my Spirit, that they maybe add sin to sin, who set out to go down to Egypt, without asking for my direction, to take refuge in the protection of Pharaoh and seek shelter in the shadow of Egypt! Therefore shall the Protection of Pharaoh turn to your shame and the Shelter in their Shadow of Egypt to your Humiliation. For though his official are at Zoan and his envoys reach Hanes. Everyone comes to Shame through a people that cannot profit them,that brings neither help nor profit them but shame and disgrace.”

Sometimes we as human beings make decisions without having a moment of thought and this causes troubles not to only those that seek trouble but also to ourselves As an example, Kenya is a multi-party country. We have the two parties: the government and opposition. So when you participate in corruption and you have been proved guilty, you intend to seek support from your party and this party is ready to protect you - not because you have not stolen but because you are their members, and they intend to cover sin by using sin, and pretend that no one knows or have an idea of their effect and this is written in the book of Isaiah 29:14!

I am giving all these examples so that you understand fully exactly how we are and how our master above was grieved before by our own deeds and He sent His only son to die for our sins.

Many times we have rejected our God. It is not that we don't know that we are sinning. But we pretend that He doesn't see us and due to His mighty grace he decided to forgive us despite our rejection of him. As from the first brief story, our father God above is not like our biological father, our blood sister and brothers. We offended him from the beginning until He did send His only son to die for sins. Thus the word was fulfilled and we remained as the sign post. Now my precious sister, see how despite our demerits he has decided to restore us back to his kingdom as it is written from the book of Isaiah 29:17-21.

What you need to have in mind is that Jesus is not ready to see one of us missing in God's kingdom and that is why he is crying for us day in day out, “Father forgive them. They do not know what they are doing!!!!” Now do you want to make Christ to continue crying because of your hard heart to receive his salvation? Suppose Christ comes today. Where will he find you? Where are you prepared to be when Christ returns? Are you among the pretenders and who take refuge in the devils place? Or have you put your faith in Jesus alone?

i Pastor Kennedy, I pray that you accept accept Christ in your life, do not lay your confidence to the flesh, world property, your parents and anything in the heart since they will all soon perish. Know that as sure as you were born, know that judgment is on you. Therefore examine your ways and remain Holy in Jesus Name.

Finally, Jesus told about a man who once planted and had a great harvest. He told his heart to rest and eat due your long work, thinking he had much time in the future. But that night God demanded his soul. Such is the result of delaying and thinking that you will repent tomorrow. Do not hesitate for tomorrow is not yours.
