Can grouping/group-ism influence the Team Dynamics?
Team Dynamics is one of the force that can create or damage the organization!
People are always like minded in one way or the other! The science or logic behind this is ASAT (as simple as that) - "Like poles attract". The like minds with similar interests get attracted socially, emotionally & the stage that witnesses this change can be your sweet home or your second home (work place) or your school/college or friends line or any other networking.
These like minds travel in one direction - good or bad being lead by the assumptions or the facts that acts as the driving force to join together and meet/deviate from the real world or work place or real team. This have its own constructive or detrimental effect to the whatever stage these dynamics are witnessed in.
The probable juncture that brings the like minds together, bring to / deviate from the common goals can be -
- Culture, region/location, language, school/college
- Hobbies, habits,
- Mistakenly identifying others as the trouble makers and conflicting
- Antipathy
- Trust factor
- Ambiguity & diversified goals or deviations
The probable above factors will have their own effects in the immediate / shorter run in an organizations which we need to have the check points.
