Great insights Bhanu P., and thanks for sharing Aniisu K Verghese Ph.D.. I have a few questions, more out of curiosity and understanding the whole idea of gamification. ?? 1) Don’t you think gamification can work well only in employee related communications such as say, payroll related, or any other talent communication? 2) How about business communications- such as a new product solution offering, or say, a webcast invitation? 3) Also, wouldn’t the cost involved in using this form of messaging be more than the usual creative designs?
