4 小时前Living longer has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with fasting. Such health diagnosis is mere claim. Only if there's good fat. For as long as I know fat is fat. Shedding fat can be observed on many account such as dietary, activities not physical exercise, environment or climatic factor, etc. Health history may in some cases apply and as well not.
