And it can keep us young, too? Research suggests that brown fat—which we lose as we age—might reduce the risk of inflammatory diseases, control obesity, and ultimately lengthen our lives.

Yeah yeah yeah: Fasting is a popular practice, and research shows it has real health benefits. A new diet—which tricks your body into thinking it’s fasting—may have similar benefits.


Nausea. Severe abdominal pain. Compulsive bathing. These are some of the hallmarks of cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome, a medical condition that’s on the rise.

Living longer has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with fasting. Such health diagnosis is mere claim. Only if there's good fat. For as long as I know fat is fat. Shedding fat can be observed on many account such as dietary, activities not physical exercise, environment or climatic factor, etc. Health history may in some cases apply and as well not.

Like being in shape,until you do it one would never know the difference of being in shape and being out of shape . The same is true about fasting . Knowing what foods are good for your body is so important . Like connecting with your mind and body . All mentioned above can create a longer and better quality of life for all.
