Can Fasting Get Your Brain Into Shape?

Avoiding eating altogether is often associated with religious discipline. However in recent years fasting has been gaining popularity for those seeking its health benefits. The theory goes that our ancestors regularly went through periods of feast and famine, and this resulted in our biological make-up being well adapted to going without food for extended periods. Going further, it activates survival mechanisms that step your body out of cruise control and into a higher gear.

Medical science seems to agree, with countless studies showing that fasting can have numerous major health benefits. But the question is, do these benefits carry over to the brain?

Human body is technically the most superior being on this planet .. or an artifical being which created its external food chain and multiplied itself .. its self sustained self generative self evolving autopoiesis system which can nourish within itself if left alone . The gluttoning of food chain and the nourishment are actually something that has created host of perineal problems for the human society also bringing in inequality in the food distribution system along with misery excess population without a sync pf demand vs supply equation the reason all this needs to be highland is that fasting or absolving is a way to go back to the roots of generative systems where the body brings back its primordial ecosystem and its pristine sense of well being .. the fist evolutionary bodies must be the actual powerhouse of energy fats and and all the infinite knowledge of keeping that beautiful agile super being in that form .. but we lost in our haste to civilised and conquer and grow we lost that intellegence .. the scriptures that show the way are some way connected to that principle eat for nourishment of brain mind and body and glutton the reset is the only way to bring al;l what we lost Lee Sidebottom Scott Kozak Jonathan Anderson
