So often we look at?data, or numbers, and think they are more reliable or neutral than other sources of information.
We use data when we report on our programs, our success, our funding, and more. We use it as an indicator of how we are doing.?
But, in fact, data can be very?biased!
And if we’re not strategic with our data collection and analysis, data can actually create harm to the very communities we serve.
