You might be surprised to find that the answer is yes.

Against a background of abusive conduct, the Court of Protection put an injunction in place. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to stop the perpetrator.

Excellent summary Lynne and timely reminder to practitioners to seek (or at least threaten) injunctions within CoP proceedings to protect the vulnerable adult and reinforce to the exploitative relative / friend that no abuse is acceptable
