Against a background of abusive conduct, the Court of Protection put an injunction in place. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to stop the perpetrator.

6 年Excellent summary Lynne and timely reminder to practitioners to seek (or at least threaten) injunctions within CoP proceedings to protect the vulnerable adult and reinforce to the exploitative relative / friend that no abuse is acceptable
