Can Bitcoin reach $100,000?
With Bitcoin up nearly 800% this year and nearing $6,000 people have been asking me how high it can go and if it’s a bubble. I believe $10k isn’t far off and we may see over $100k within my lifetime and into the millions, yes millions.
If you’re as bullish on Bitcoin as I am you believe it will eventually serve most of the world's broad money needs. That is a $80 trillion market. If you divide that by 21 million, the maximum number of Bitcoin that will ever exist, it comes out to a little under 4 million per Bitcoin. If you want to be really bullish Bitcoin could someday be the single representation for wealth transfer of any kind. That’s a $250 trillion market bringing the value of a single Bitcoin to around $15 million dollars.
Those valuations are maximums we’ll never really see, but they also illustrate that there is no reason to believe that it’s capped at $8,000 or $10,000 just because it hasn’t reached that in the past.
What are your thoughts?

7 年Well 8k definitely wasn't a cap and 10k is coming quick. I've been busy with work but will have an article soon on why this definitely is *not* a bubble.
