Can anyone at Jet2 Help?

Hello, my friend has recently posted the following on her facebook page.  I wouldn't normally post something like this but as you will see it is a personal request and the items missing have a lot of sentimental importance: -

Anyone ever left hand luggage on a Jet2 flight and got it back? ?? absolutely gutted it has so many sentimental items in there including Indis comfort blanket, a... knitted blanket she received as a gift the day that she was born, a knitted cardigan from her nana, photographs from our trip to the zoo for her 1st birthday. I literally want to cry. We left it on the plane on Friday 17/06/16 as we were so busy getting everything else off, we left the airport and within seconds of leaving I realised, I have called the airport 10 times a day, several different numbers, called Jet2, called lost property at Manchester airport, even managed to get through to someone in security, but apparently no one has seen it. It also has a number of other items like Craigs smart watch and all my brand new bikinis (expensive! We aren't talking H&M prices lol) but I would happily give all those up just to get the blankets, the cardi and the photos back ???????? please help me!
