Can AI Help Us Become Better Leaders, ask ChatGPT?

For many of us, so many challenges in life tend to come from our relationships and communication with others, whether this is expectations, how we communicate or different perspectives and how these are aligned.

Imagine we took us messy humans out of the equation and leant a little harder on our new friend ChatGPT to test the capabilities? and whether they can solve some of our challenging decisions, ensure expectations are met and train us to become better leaders??

This may seem unsettling and bringing to life the fear that many have - AI will take over completely and leave no space for us.

Whilst human connection is the one thing that AI cannot replicate, its fun to play with the possibilities and scope of this new tool.

Let’s frame this using the Zen philosophy...

“within nothingness, there is infinite potential”

Humans are born with nothing and leave with nothing, so there is infinite potential in the space in between, and nothing to fear - with that in mind, let's explore the potential of letting AI run the show for today..

Let’s start somewhere easy, and ask ChatGPT .. as individuals what are the skills that leaders should possess?

Great article Laura Davidson. Do you think ChatGBT is a valid replacement for human interaction or communication?- Definitely No. Artificial intelligence never will be able to replace human interactions and human communication. If we think of very very dark scenarios, where reinforcement AI algorithms get more intelligent than humans, ...probably yes, but my assumption is that if that happened (very unlikely) these AI algorithms wouldn't see any needs to interact and communicate with humans. However we (humans) are creating these algorithms and we still have full control, so let's remember the first law of robotics - A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm

ChatGPT is fascinating- jury is out on the benefits - can’t help wondering how universities, colleges and schools will monitor essays for being original????
