The G.R.O.W.T.H Framework
Growth is a result that comes when preparation and execution both go in tandem. A formula one can use is this: Preparation X Execution = Growth
The better your preparation, the greater your execution, the greater will be your growth
The questions in front of you are as follows :
?What do you prepare for? what do you choose and what do you give up on?
?How do you prepare? What are the steps to be taken for that preparation?
?How do you execute? Here again, what are the steps to be taken to do that flawless execution?
What qualities do you need to have and relentlessly exhibit for everyone to see?
That is where the G.R.O.W.T.H framework and the G.R.O.W.T.H traits come in. They help you to internalize what you need to become.comes into play:
The G.R.O.W.T.H Framework is as follows:
?G: Goal Oriented. Gritty. Gallant
?R: Relationship builder. Resourceful. Reliable.
?O: Ooze confidence. Organized. Outstanding
?W: Worthy. Well informed. Wise.
?T: Tenacious. Trustworthy. Tireless
?H: High performing. Hard-working. Happy.
This framework is pretty simple. It just tells you the words that you should BECOME. That you should start demonstrating from now on. That you should become a living example of.
Let's start with the 1st G today. Let's see what is being "Goal Oriented" means:
Goals: To get that DREAM JOB, you have to have clear goals of becoming the professional who deserves it. We get things only when we become deserving of it
?Only those who are super fit win games
?Only students who have studied well, get top marks
?Only those who are deserving, get the right job in the right companies
What this means is that: you need to become the professional that you want to be. For you to make it as a professional in the real world, you have to start behaving like one.
In whatever you do – remember “How you do anything is how you do everything”. So, you need to be consistent in how you do things. You need to be consistent in how you come across.
So, the way you speak, write, walk, do things – everything has to become as if you have already become a professional.
Live life as if you have already arrived at the corporate world. Even in your social media. For example:

?Have a professional ringtone.
?Don’t have some crappy voice message or some sleazy Bollywood song which can put off people.
2. Email :
?Have a professional email address.
?Don’t have funny-sounding mail addresses.
?Do have a professional signature line to your mail.
?Don’t sign like “love” etc.
?Remember, you are now a professional.
?Remember to sign off with your full mobile number along with your email ID, and your full name.
?This would help people who want to get in touch with you know where you are from.
?This is what a professional does. So, that is what you should do
3.Text / WhatsApp messages:?
?Keep it all very professional.
?Type it in full sentences and not in typical WhatsApp shortcodes.
