The most effective way to campaign in down ballot races such as: County Council, State Senate, House of Delegates, Board of Education, Sherriff, and County Executive races is through direct and targeted mailers. Most paid consultants add decent margins by padding the cost of mailers. I am helping over two dozen candidates by connecting them to good print shops. I’d like to share this information for the benefit of those candidates who are running for the first time or do not have the time to research and make informed decisions in order to help them save money and time.
