Calm Your Mind

Sometimes it’s good to be silent to listen to yourself. Introspection and meditation can solve all sorts of worries, and this is when your mind is at its most receptive and innovative. At this time you will be thinking up your best story, news piece, article, even your best book to surpass all your previous works. Stop all the clatter in your mind - of imaginary conversations and voices, and the ‘TMI’ factor – and listen to just the one, the one you choose it to be.

This is when Neale Donald Walsch must have come up with his book ‘Conversations with God’ when he had reached his nadir, and started writing on a yellow legal writing pad the thoughts that started flooding his mind. Why don’t you try just sitting quietly to calm your mind at least once a day? You never know, it could lead to your best work yet.

Once you’ve been inspired to write through calming your mind, you may need an expert to add hard core information from? Look at www.expertsources.co.uk to find the expert you need for your best piece ever.
