Calm Tech Certified? program announced!?

We’re very excited to announce the launch of Calm Tech Certified?, our new certification program with its own seal of approval for products that best respect our time, attention, and humanity.?

Calm Tech Certification gives brands a competitive edge by ensuring their products are designed to minimize distractions, enhance engagement, and foster lasting customer loyalty.? ?

To inaugurate Calm Tech Certified?, we awarded certificates to four existing products which satisfy the program’s strict criteria: ?

• Airthings View Plus: An advanced air sensor that visualizes indoor air quality with a colored indicator light and an e-ink display.?
• Daylight Computer: An e-ink laptop built to work with attention, not against it, optimized for use outdoors and in low light conditions without affecting sleep.?
• Time Timer: An award-winning timer that features a bright disc that visually conveys the passing of time.
• Unpluq Tag + Premium Subscription: A product and app that blocks and unblocks apps from being opened using a physical tag.

Calm Tech Institute is visiting Japan for 2 weeks this month to complete Kyoto-based mui Lab certification in person.
