TIG welding Training in South Africa is a kind of welding process which is done with the help of a Tungsten electrode, a filler metal and a shielding gas.

In this process, bead is made with a continuous arc. The penetrating type of welds are mostly made with this process. This is a widely used welding process in industries for joining high-strength alloys. In this process, the filler metal used is soft as compared to the base material.

The filler metal also has high strength as compared to the base material. In order to perform TIG welding, Tungsten electrode is used.

This electrode is suitable for joining materials with high strength as it can tolerate high heat and can withstand high pressure. MIG welding can be done on a wide range of materials and also the materials which are difficult to join using other methods of welding.
