We continue to invest heavily in CallSwitch One, delivering regular product enhancements and refining our migration tools.

Our February release notes speak to this, with a range of updates, if you missed it, the link is below. Alongside this, we’ve seen a superb response to our Analytics trial, with around 300 customers having utilised the new feature. Expect your account manager to contact you soon to ensure you’re not missing out on any revenue opportunities. The free trial period ends in just a couple of weeks.

Bulk Porting Process

Our porting team have delivered an all new bulk porting process, allowing partners to manage port orders for even the largest number ranges. A CSV template and user guide has been uploaded to Knowledge Base, and the team have produced an article on Help Centre to get you started.
