Welcome to the February edition of our CallSwitch One product newsletter!

It has been another fantastic month of development for CallSwitch One, as we continue to enhance the product at pace. We're excited to share some of these updates in our latest release notes and thank you to our partners who continue to provide us with valuable feedback.

I'm still in the first month of my tenure, but I have already been fortunate enough to enjoy face-to-face sessions with some of our key partners. I have greatly enjoyed my meetings so far, and I look forward to meeting many more of you in the coming weeks and months.

February product release notes

We have a range of updates to share from the CallSwitch One platform, dashboards, and applications. Make sure you download the release notes for full details, but in the meantime here are some of the items from this release we think you'll love:

  • Customer-specific member roles
  • Improved contact search functionality
  • New desktop app management tools
  • Smart dialler for mobile apps
  • Visual voicemail for mobile apps
  • Advanced queue status support for mobile apps
  • iOS SwiftUI chat update

Migration workshops coming your way!

Due to popular demand, our Training team will be running some dedicated CallSwitch One migration workshops - keep an eye out for more on this to come!

In the meantime, we have a range of assets available to help partners understand the benefits of migrating to our new platform and some tools to pitch this to customers - all in the Partner Portal sales tools and knowledge base areas.


Partner Community Roundtable - Part Two

Our Head of Product Marketing sat down with several business leaders from the TelcoSwitch partner community to discuss observations and learnings from 2023, and consider how customer expectations and requirements will lead to changes in the telecoms industry. Read more here.

Customer-specific member role restrictions

You can now limit access for team members to give them visibility and control of just some customers.

Just find the members that require restrictions in your Members tab, turn the toggle on, select the customers you want to grant access to, and hit save!
