2.?Calls?to businesses are?worth 3x more?than?clicks?to websites

3.?70% of mobile searches?today result in a phone?call to a business

4.?2.7x more people?prefer to?reach a business via phone calls?compared to a web form on your website

You can start trading in some of your clicks for calls by?running?call-only campaigns?with?Google Ads. And even though calls can give you 10x more leads than clicks, you can?buy calls?for the?same price as clicks.?

Growth Hack #2: Tier up

A lot of companies that offer?tiered pricing?have trouble making their?top tier?look?more appealing?than their?lower tiers.?

Setting your tiers apart by offering different features is great, but it may not be enough to sway customers away from your lower tiers.?

Consider?offering discounts?or?exclusive deals?with your?higher tiers?to give them more value.?

You can also?title your tiers?to make them sound more enticing. For example,?"The Complete Package"?may sound more appealing than?"The Essentials."??

Convenience?is the key to?customer retention. Chances are if your customers can't easily find and order your product, you're not going to get many?repeat customers.?

Graza, the olive oil company, does a great job of this. While Graza is available on grocery store shelves, you can also?order it online?by using the?QR code on its packaging.?

Allowing customers to access their website via a?QR code?takes the hassle out of driving to a store to access their product.?

Try adding a?QR code?to your packaging that takes customers to your product page.?
