Although most people understand freshwater is critical for all life on the mainland - and although most have also recognized that droughts and heat waves have a connection, if this is not the case, see the following link to a credible research report on a US gov website.

So, the lack of freshwater is rarely mentioned. Instead, climate change is blamed for the problem. It is a pure sleeping pad!

We propose that the UN be given the sovereign right to decide which countries/states should be entitled to a discount or exemption from licensing until they have built up their own food sector. The discount or exemption must be the same as long, as the UN considers it relevant.

People who live and work in drought-stricken areas, where their own government cannot afford to solve the freshwater shortage, should, in their own interest, be the first to, via their smartphones and their own LinkedIn account to document the origin of Minidocs, visualize the lack of freshwater! To then send the undersigned a link via a private message, to ensure that I know that the Minidoc is available and given permission to use in this awareness campaign.

Because other people who do not lack freshwater find it very difficult to understand the scope of freshwater scarcity and the required global debate.

It only makes sense to initiate a global donation crowdfunding for the establishment and the first three years of operation of the Global Non-profit Water Fund and the unique technology that PL Brake? transfers to the fund, when special interests are no longer a threat to the lowest possible production price for seawater desalination or for sensible salt treatment or against social dumping, or all the other evils that capital interests have exhibited for the last 200 years and which are the cause of Global Warming!

This is the background for this repeated call every 2 months or every ten articles about short video/picture Minidocs describing the drought and the current local consequences of the lack of freshwater.
