The Infosys Knowledge Institute (IKI) is a startup unit within the larger company, formulated as a strategic initiative chartered by the Executive Office to translate the company’s strategy into compelling content and enable Infosys experts to become industry-recognized thought leaders. The mission of this elite Institute is to influence CXO decisions, strengthen branding through quality content, and provide thought leadership at scale.
Our strategy is aligned around the client digital journey – the Digital Pentagon – and the portfolio of Infosys services, contextualized by industry segment.
Responsibilities-
Think strategically:
- The Knowledge Analyst should help Infosys units articulate their expertise, and increase their quality and volume of thought leadership content
Develop insights:
- The Knowledge Analyst should be able to assist Infosys experts to shape logical arguments (perspectives)
- Conduct primary and secondary research - quantitative through surveys and data, and qualitative through clients and interviews
Write content:
- The Knowledge Analyst should craft high-quality thought leadership content
- Develop output: white papers, points of view, blog posts, external articles, infographics, and case studies
Present output:
- The Knowledge Analyst should elicit insights and recommendations through a compelling story for internal and external action and publication
Experience-
? 2+ years in research, analysis, writing, reviewing and editing with an understanding of industries, functions and technologies
Work location
? Role is based out of Bangalore
Required academic qualification
? Any bachelor’s degree and post-graduation in journalism preferred.
