Recently a teammate of mine was being verbally abused by a customer during a zoom meeting, within a micro second, I responded with an immediate command to stop and choose their words better, “no one talks to my teammates with those words and tone , take it off line with constructive feedback or meet is done “ After a pause apologies were made and the meeting continued. 11 个月Molly Tschang, bullying is an aspect of life that should not occur - my perspective. When it does, and it occurs to someone close to you, it's nice to have insight into how one might address it. You've offered thoughtful ideas of how to do that. Thank you for always leading the effort to say it skillfully ... Greg

11 个月This is such a tough one. When I see questions like this I find myself wanting to ask if it's worth keeping such a job. I think you know I watch a lot of KDrama and I have seen over and over again how bullying gets played out at work in the series I watch. It is such a difficult situation to tackle. It ultimately requires a shift in culture, I would think. I realize the workplaces in South Korea are probably different from the example you are siting. Always love your insights, Molly.
